Every plan generates kits fresh per role and keeps humans in charge of every decision. Bigger plans run deeper models and unlock the team-scale tools.
For teams where hiring is infrastructure.
Custom terms scaled to your organisation — volume, security review, and rollout support included. Priced from $1,000/month; larger deployments quoted. The items below are commitments we schedule against a signed conversation, not features sitting behind a flag.

Being interviewed rather than hiring? Practice interviews start at £1.00, and the first 3 are free.
What do the model tiers mean?
Every plan runs the same evidence-linked scoring, on different Claude models. Six simulations are on every plan, including Free. Working with AI — where the candidate is handed an assistant and marked on how they direct it — is on paid plans, and custom simulations you write yourself start on Expert. Haiku is fast and light — great for trying the workflow. Sonnet generates richer kits and sharper observations. Opus goes deepest: subtler probes, better evidence, stronger sim characters.
What counts as an interview?
One generated kit used in one live session. Regenerating the scenario inside a session doesn't count extra, and generating a kit you never run doesn't either.
Who makes the hiring decision?
You do — always. The AI gathers evidence; you set every score. Recommendations are off by default and advisory when on. Nothing auto-rejects anyone, on any plan.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Monthly or yearly billing, cancel anytime. Moving UP takes effect immediately and is prorated — you pay the difference for the rest of the period, not at the next renewal, and the change only applies once that payment succeeds. Moving DOWN is done in Manage billing and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep what you paid for until it runs out. Cancelling works the same way.
Do candidates need an account?
No. Candidate-facing flows run in the browser on any device. Every candidate page we serve carries a notice explaining that an AI tool is involved and that a person decides — and you are responsible for telling them too, which the Terms make explicit.
